ThaiExpress breaks away from the traditional Thai style of communal dining by serving items in individual portions for those who may want to dine alone. ThaiExpress is also one of the few Thai restaurants to offer a selection of Thai Laksa. Diners can choose from a selection of eight different Thai Laksa, including its very popular Nam Phrik Laksa and Green Seafood Laksa, a la Thai Express style. The Nam Phrik Laksa uses fine rice vermicelli, which is then bathed in a mouth-watering gravy that gets its full-bodied flavour from a combination of spices, chopped nuts and dried shrimps. The Green Seafood Laska uses thick rice vermicelli and is served smothered in a green rich and spicy coconut gravy.

Besides its innovative one-of-a-kind items, ThaiExpress offers many of the dishes that have become almost standard offerings in most Thai restaurants, such as Tom Yam, Mango Salad, Pineapple Rice, Phat Thai and curries.

Its dessert menu offers popular Thai desserts like fresh Mango with Glutinous Rice, Thai Red Rubies, Steamed Tapioca, along with its own house specials like the ThaiExpress Red Bean Dessert with homemade red bean paste and Thai Banana Fritters with coconut ice-cream.
